Becci Mason (Re)Touching peoples lives

Miss Mason started this retouching project because she felt that fixing damaged photos from the tsunami in Japan would be one thing that families could have from all of the destruction and to give them hope. The way she had gotten people to help out is by asking people who are skilled at retouching on Facebook. These people came from all over the world. She had locals help clean off the pictures so they can be prepared to be retouched. Now that i have learned the skills to do this type of work i would love to help out in this type of way

Still Life

Everything in this photo makes me who i am especially the photo of me and my dad. The one with me and my best friends high lighted means the world to me because it is the day before i had a major surgery.  I chose a pom pom, bow, and picture of my cheer team because cheerleading meant the world to me. The card because my grandparents sent it to me during my recovery after my surgery. The photo of me and my dad means the world to me because he is the most important person in my life. I have a photo of my dogs because they are like my kids. Finally the picture of my best friends and me means a lot because this was taken the day before i had to have major surgery on my back. I highlighted the things that I did because even though all of things were important i highlighted the most important things.

Question: How could photography/technology like this change things in society?
Answer: Photography like this can change society because it give people the ability to see things that the naked eye cant focus to see.
